    When I ran the memtest 86 the system hung after about 5 minutes of running. So that tells me that it's more than likely a hardware issue. I just wish I could tell what piece is bad. I'm going to reseat all of the devices tonight and see if I can get any farther with it. Robert

    The user I was working with said they had downloaded an update for IE 6 so that must have corrupted this system also. Luckily they had the proper restore disks and I was able to get the system back to working order. My question is how did you revert back to IE 5 using a boot disk? Thanks Robert
