The volume bar on the Triad phone adjusts the ringing level, intercom and handset. While the phone is ringing raise the volume by pressing the volume bar on the right side. while on an intercom call or handsfree do the same thing. While talking using the handset do the same thing.

I am thinking about using the Netvanta 2300 for 30 remote clients and would like to hear of any issues regarding connectivity, security, etc.. The remote clients will use dial up to their ISP's and connect to a terminal server. Thanks, Rich G

You access the dispatch with a null modem cable and admin software from vodavi. I am not sure if you can download the software from vodavi's web site www.vodavi.com. I have never used hyperterminal or procomm do gain access to the dispatch. If you need further assistance let me know...

Are you using online administration or "admin" program. Run Admin-go to COS I believe if you set up a user with the user type "99" in your class of service you will have a user with admin privelleges. At that point you should be able to reset passwords. Rich G...
