I was offered a position doing 24x7 and the pay was as follows.
An extra full days pay for each night on call
For a call out - additional - 2 x hourly rate from the minute you leave home to the minute you return plus fuel allowance.
I would have taken it but budget cuts got rid of my job...
The Great Britain bit includes N. Ireland.
The Ireland bit is Eire.

Actually since this post the server has gone to hell in a handcart.
We had to fail the cluster over because for some reason both processors decided to run at a constant 55-75%.
Server is now going to be rebuilt tomorrow.
Oh well, at least Im not going mad.
MS does have a KB article letting you know how to put Photo Editor back though - not that it makes taking it without warning ok !

Have you tried to pathping any of the affected sites ?
I've seen this before and found a downed router.
Some (rubbish) ISP's routers won't find a route round a downed router leaving some parts of the internet unreachable.
In past experience if you can get a name off the router that's causing...
Have you done a tracert ?
At least then you can find what switch it's on. Might help in narrowing down the location of the offending machine.

If they purchased an upgrade copy of Office it will remove/upgrade the previous version.
Therefore making it appear 'deleted' to the user.
