    Good info Kyle. I assumed I would need to insert digits but was not sure where. So is it in a Route Pattern I insert digits, or is it in a trunk group that I insert the digits? Because that trunk group is exclusively used to connect to that CUCM.

    Read 2400 IPX programming offline

    Is there a way to get a download of a 2400IPX and then look at it offline, without having a PBX available? Like NEC does with the Elite products. You can look at the data from an Elite key system from your laptop without being connected to the system.

    All, thank you for the replies. I finally discovered what the problem was. I activated a list trace on his phone and then walked to his office to make the call. This time, the call went thru. Which then pointed to an all trunks busy condition instead of a restriction problem.
