    The SLT device is connected directly to the SLT port on the mother board. We tried with the buttinski same result. Could it be the RGU inbuilt on the mother board?

    Hi , sorry for the delay, I went to the customer premise only today. • I have tested 601 for ring and I'm getting a busy tone • 006 does not accept the change from 101 to 601 still no solution

    basic stuff • The system reinitialised - done • DIL 1-1 in 450 - destination 601 - done • ICD extn grouping in 620 - done Result no change, still only extn 101 ringing while the other extention have a red light. I'm pulling my hair out thanks for your help
