We use Exchange 2003 and outlook 2003, The thing is that we are operating in places with bad internet comunication. And since I syncronice my smartphone with the owa server I thought that this also was possible with outlook.

I found the fault. To much filter. When I removed ip access-group 199 in and ip access-group 198 in It worked.
