There is a glitch in the DS 2000 that causes nite not to ring if you set it up with a laptop . It has to be set into the programming with the phone #57 18 clear etc. Also be sure you don't have Telco voice mail on the phone no.

Need to boost ring voltage on opx lines from a voip system. ring voltage is only 40v and will not ring opx lines. any ideas? Thanks refire

Have recorded 2 greetings on AA in the cics greeting A answers ok When change to greeting B no answer . only rrrrrings Any suggestions on this small problem ?
