We are using the Complexity Requirements in Windows XP for passwords and are curious if we can require users to use all 4 of the complexity requirements in their password instead of just 3 of the 4.

Windows XP mode requires Hardware support on the CPU and it be turned on in the BIOS setup.

It turned out to be an issue with the SQL Agent backup dll's that were incorrectly registered when SQL was uninstalled and reinstalled on the server in the first place. I reregistered them and it works fine now.
