Win 98 Second Edition shutdown problem
Microsoft has encroached on vendor hardware for this problem. I have had it several times. I fixed it bye getting a current driver. Specifically, netgear network cards supply a new driver that fixes this problem. Yes, it is a microsoft problem, but they wont admit it. So some vendors are...- red99
