    Through MATWorX cancel activated DND?

    Check and see if you have another code similar to the DND access code. I had a problem with users dialing our paging system "81". They would dial "*81" instead of just "81". This would turn on DND and then I would get complaints about the phone not working. I changed the code for DND from *8 to *3.
