    I mean the ones provided by your internet service provider. For SWBell enter 151.164.1.8 and 151.164.1.7 under DNS on the router configuration page.

    This probably goes without saying, but I've learned not to assume anything when trying to troubleshoot from a forum. Did you totally un-install CDRWin and reboot before each installation of a newer version?

    Your burner is only supported in CDRWin 3.8D and later. Is your version 3.8D?

    Are you trying to use a pop3 account supplied by a dial-up isp? If so, you need to use the pop3 account supplied by your DSL service provider to send emails using DSL. The dial-up provider will probably only let you log onto their server over a direct phoneline connection.
