    I'm not 100% sure, but I think you may need newer code to support the 422. The current code level is 7.0.3.6.

    We currently have OTM 2.20.78 and for the most part, are somewhat pleased with it. I noticed on the Nortel website that Version 3.00.888 was available. Has anyone used this product that can tell me what new features/functions might be available?

    Make sure you have the latest firmware on your AP and the latest software/firmware on your wireless adapter. You could also have an issue with power management on your laptop so make sure your BIOS is current. I had a similar issue several years ago and getting all firmware up to date resolved...

    SCCS 4.0/4.2 Client problem with XP

    I SOLVED THE PROBLEM! Under the Network Connections->Properties->Advanced tab in XP, I unchecked the 'Internet Connection Firewall' box and everything works fine now. I hope this helps someone else out.

    As I posted above, both users I have set up ARE administrators. I have tried manually installing Sybase before performing the client install and I end up with that same error. Any other ideas??

    After installing the SCCS 4.0/4.2 client (V 4.01.07 Rev. 62) on 2 XP machines, I have no problems EXCEPT when I try to access Real Time Displays. I get the error: "Unable to register data with statistics data propagator. Real time display cannot continue." Anyone have a clue??
