    Yes I have. Its not a default configuration right now. The switch was used by some other company a little while back and I bought it on Ebay and the seller doesn't have a clue to what it is because it wasn't actually his switch. I need some way of resetting the password, or configuration. I...

    Yes, thats what I need the password for. I can only look at things in read-only mode. I need the password to login, clear password, load defaults, etc. Can anyone help? Robert

    Without calling Nortel (I don't have a service contract), how can I reset the password and/or configuration for a Baystack 302F Switch? I bought it off of someone on ebay and it was already used, but now by him. I can't figure out the password. I only have Read Only rights. Please help. Robert
