Are your analog lines true analog lines? I started getting this 10-15 second echo problem when I switched from copper line analog to voip "analog" lines.

The IP Office System Status page shows all entries there so evidently the IP Office is communicating with the LDAP server just fine. Like I said, I even added test entries to the System Directory.

If I call from my cell phone, the shows up as 1-10digit number "External" and where the rate center my cell phone is based. I have 82 entries in the Directory (LDAP). I have added my cell phone in the system Directory both ways (10 and 11 digit) as a test. Thanks,

I think we are talking apples and oranges. The card I have is the 64Meg Avaya Embedded Voicemail.

I tried uninstalling the software to 4.0 on my PC but that didn't fix it. Do you think I should also downgrade the firmware in the SOE? Thanks

I believe so. The info I posted was displayed from the Embedded File Management program.

I previously added HoldMusic.wav file. It is 464102 bytes. Total Space is 69833216 bytes Space Remaining is -6870528 bytes Thanks

It was my understanding that you had to use cards specifically from Avaya. How did you get it to work? Thanks.

I am not sure about the 44xx series but you can't use 4606 and 4612 phones on 4.2.
