    System Info UNKNOWN

    I have installed insight manager agaent 6.10 and the server reports back fine but the System info comes back as unknown???? I can get CPU, memory, just about any other info but the SYSTEM INFO? Any help is greatly appreciated. Robert robert_busillo@bankone.com
