ARCSERVE BACKUP FAILS ON SQL OPEN FILES
Why yes, we do have the SQL 7 Backup Agent, which I should have mentioned, and I am still getting the same errors. Why should I have to use a pre-post option if the SQL 7 Agent is designed to backup OPEN SQL files?????? Should the product not work like it is designed to?- RBRYANT

ARCSERVE BACKUP FAILS ON SQL OPEN FILES
I'm having a problem getting ArcServe 6.x, loaded on an NT box, to backup open files. Mainly these are SQL files. It gives me the warning message W3404 - Sharing Violation. We have the Open File Backup so I'm not sure what the problem is.- RBRYANT
