Problem streaming audio thru WMP and RealPlayer
Two of the aforementioned problems (RealPlayer streaming audio and Norton Live Update) have mysteriously repaired themselves. I still have a lingering problem with WMP streaming audio, but it's just too complex to explain in this forum. Thanks for the response, jguillory. :-)- rb23

RealPlayer opens but with an error message (A General Error has occurred.) When I click on the "More Info" button on the error box, it says: Incorrect Response Received from Error Server; Unable to connect to RealNetworks' online error help. Please check your Internet Connection.//...- rb23

Problem streaming audio thru WMP and RealPlayer
I am having complicated problems with streaming audio from websites. Neither RealPlayer nor WMP (nor any selected player) will auto-run when links are activated. Any suggestions other than re-installation? (tried this).- rb23
