Are you showing parameter in the report? For displaying without time you can format that field.

Let me know which Database you are using? What is the data type of date parameter in you stored proc.

When ever you publish a Crystal report into Crystal enterprise you have to set the database. If you are in console management please click process and click database and set the database. I don't have CE right now else I can explain in details.

You have to create business view. In business view data foundation/element section you have to create filter.Then you have to set rights to the filter.

You can keep that instance for only one day. So next day you can not see the instance. There is a option which says how many days you want to keep that instance? you may try zero.
