    Backup tapes now unrecognized

    Try the following: 1. Inventory the tapes, which you've probably done already. 2. Inventory the tapes on a different BackupExec 8.6 server to verify they are not blank. 3. You should check www.veritas.com knowledgebase for some tech docs. 4. re-install BackupExec as last resort.

    BackupExec 9.0 catalogs warning - corrupt?

    Have BackupExec 9.0 installed on Windows 2000 Clustered Server. BackupExec has it's own partition for storing catalogs. During the nightly local (non-network) backups, we always recieve a BackupExec Catalogs Warning, see example below. Usually theres 4 catalogs recieving this warning...
