I manage a BCM400 r3.6 and it says "Telephony Services Not Available" when I click to expand the Telephony Services tree. I am not sure how to restore without rebooting the system. Please help.

One of our BCMs [BCM400 R3.6] is Transfering calls put on hold using the 'Hold' button to the operator. Typically calls are put on hold in excess of 3 mins. by which time callers are reporting that they get transferred to the operator.

I came back of vacation and tried to log into CallPilot on a BCM400 R3.6... its a 'No Go'. Can anyone tell how to change or default the CallPilot password without entering the current/old password? I know the default password is '0000'.

My office uses a BCM400 R3.6 and I am under the Line Monitor tab in the BCM Monitor. Under the "User" column, I can see incoming and outgoing calls and their originating or destination DNs. Why are there some that show just the line number, for example: L112 - ?
All other fields are populated...
Yes, thanks Biv343. I'm using the built in CallPilot, and after I spoke with her, she said that she found a message in her saved messages box that she had not yet listened to.

I had a new message from last week show up in my archived messages - I found it by accident.

That is one of the reasons, yes. I thought the Cummulative Patch would fix the "overhearing/crosstalk" problems this location has as well... your thoughts or suggestions please.
On a slightly different topic, you wouldn't happen to know the cost of Keycode/s to turn up about eight i2050's and...
So does that mean that I need other patches to get at least the CDR to work? If so, where can I get my hands on it. The Nortel installer, because of corporate bureaucracy, will no longer take a service call from my company.
Please, any further assistance on this matter I will gladly accept...
