    Can not dial 662 area code

    DB, Thank you very much, that worked! In case anyone else has this issue, I went to 'System Prgrming', then 'Dialing Plan', then 'Public Network', then 'Pub DN Lengths'. At the prompt 'Show Prefix' I hit the button for ADD. Then entered the area code, and then set the length to 10. Randy

    External calls going to General Delivery Box

    The line does ring as it should. Incoming internal calls after 3 rings go to that extensions VM, but incoming external calls after 3 rings go to the GD MB. I have the line (209) set so that the rec'd # is the extension (1684), If busy:To Prime, and PrimeSet is set to 1684. Under Terminals...

    External calls going to General Delivery Box

    For some reason, external calls to a particular extension are going to the General Delivery Box, but internal calls go to the extension's voice mail (as it should). How do I get external calls to also go to that extension's voice mail box? Any ideas?
