I have a real strange problem here...quite often when an inbound caller or internal call tries getting to V/M (I777) it is ringing an extension directly, (ex 51), this is not always happening, sometimes it works fine. Any ideas. I'm stumpted.

Inbound call rings my primary(Recep)first, then rolls to all extensions after second ring. I need to create a second primary station. I have mulling over the PM for a bit, and I dont want to make a wrong step. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance, Randy
