www publishing service will not start
When trying to inatall MS Proxy Server 2.0 on NT server, I get an error saying the World Wide Web Publishing Service will not start. When I go to the Serevices window in Control Panel and try to start the WWW Publishing Service manually, I get the following error: "Could not start the World...- Randy128
