Hello when job is launching and when it is trying to backup files *.cat in the folder "Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve Backup\Temp" the job is blocked at 99% and the process carunjob.exe consummed 99% of cpu. In spite of exluding this folder from any jobs, this problem is persisting...
