Cognos Error.The report request failed.what does this Error mean.
check if when the report was published you correctly specified the user access. ie., did u map it to CREATOR or gave it an implicit mapping. If this error appears the moment you try to run a report in upfront then it should be something to do with Userclass. May be this helps. Good Luck! Ramesh- RameshVasudev

Check if the machine u are mentioning is the schema master. It is possible that u might refer to machine X in cognos config but machine Y could the schema master... also as flex mentioned make sure the user u use is part of schema admin group. This is because wen u config ADS the cognos creates...- RameshVasudev
