Thanks option11newby, Actually, I think you were on the right track with your first post (however, the second one will work if I have to do it that way). And at the station, we already utilize F4 and it works fine. Very dumb question coming... how do I utilize F4 from offsite?- Rainking2k

Remotely Forward Calls to an outside number
I'm new to BCM (but have been in Telco for many many years)... I would like call in remotely and change where my call forwarding is going. I have a small help desk that also provides tier 2 support so they generally don't have to remain at their desks. Just that if they leave, they forward...- Rainking2k
