ReportNet's Dispatcher Problem
I am, right now, struggling with the dispatcher problem. One of the earlier suggestions was that the character set (Oracle 10g) should be changed to unicode. However, the Cognos ReportNet Installation and Configuration guide gives me an impression that the character code should be anything BUT...- raghurb
