I know about conditional formatting, but is there an alternative way in which you are able to count cells that have certain colour formatting? e.g. count all the cells in a column that have green text.

Can anyone give me an idea why my 128mb usb storage pen thinks it is a floppy disk. Consequently I am unable to copy anything more than 1.44mb on to it. I am using Windows 2000 plus I have also try XP and come across the same problem.
Is it possible to have three fields on a form with the content of field 3 based on the input of fields 1 and 2. For example if field 1=a and field 2=b, is it possible for field to equal 'a b'
Does anyone know what if formula would change the background colour of a cell depending on the condition being tested for? ie if a2>b2 then c2 turns blue. Any clues would be helpful, thanks!

I have a spreadsheet whereby number of hours worked is entered on a row e.g.
8:30 7:00 11:00
The total hours worked figure however displays 2:30 instead of 26:30 and all of the cells are formated to Custom hh:mm. What must I do to display my totals correctly?
