I have a normal extension 300 user
With HotDesk 400 for mobile number xxxxxxxxxxxx
I programmed a PRG 300 with 400 it works.
Is it normal that if I call the number 400 internally I get the message (call not allowed)

I configured the messaging embedded a CXII version 5.0. When I login as admin to adjust the length of the internal number (2 to 6) if I select 2, the system answers me that the facility is not permitted.
