Hi, I have a problem which I have found no solution for. I want a public contacts folder to appear as the default contacts folder in office 2003. This would mean that when the user clicks on contacts in the outlook bar, the public contacts folder appears. Is this possible? Regards, Robert

Hi, But how does the data from the barcode update pegasus? Since the barcode would have to be broken down and the seperate pieces of information entered into the backend database. Would this require specialist software or writing your own?
