Hi, I am learning Ab-Initio(ETL)
There are no books about Ab Initio, though the company does have documentation on accessing mainframe data. However, since the product abstracts the data away from the operating system, what works in Unix, NT, Linux also generally works on the mainframe. Hope this helps. RabbitChaser- RabbitChaser

Ars100, There are variety of ways of doing this. You could use a reformat, 2 filter by expressions or a partion by expression.
