Does this mean my Video Card is fried?
Awhile ago I was overclocking my GeForce 3 ti200 video card and the screen flickered black for a couple seconds. I restarted it and it was fine. Shortly after I noticed a significant downgrade in performance while playing 3d games (Like Morrowind, GTA 3, etc...) Could my GeForce still be...- r1191
