smsx.exe makes my CPU 100% utilization.
my pc (running w2k) had been acting very slow for several days -- the screensaver was essentially paralyzed -- and just yesterday, i traced the problem to smsx.exe using Task Manager. a google search on smsx.exe brought me to this thread. is this a new problem? i keep my virus detection software...- quaternion
