    Endeavor ACS

    I have a client who has a partner Endeavor Processor with a 362 308 expansion card. They are plugged into a 2 slot carrier. Is is possible to plug them into a 5-slot carrier and add a partner 308 and a VS voice mail card? Thank you for your help!

    Call forward Volume issue

    My customer has a Partner V7 and he says when calls are call forwarded through is station to his cell ...he cannot hear the caller. Is this common? Thanks

    I Have a Partner ACS V7 that is set up for all calls to go the Auto Attendant. When a caller eslects a selector code to be transferred to an extension and that extension has DND on the call routes to the cover operator. Inside callers that call that extension (when in DND) get the voice mail...

    Replacing a Partner system with what?

    I've sold and installed several R7s and had great success. I also recommend the R7 with Partner Messaging to solve your future needs. The Merlin is nice if you plan on expanding or adding remote office locations. Good luck!
