    i will try it but i dont honestly think that the IPO is translating the N from #007N and inserting that N after the 132, but im up for anything at the moment so i will let you know.

    the problem is after the accont code is dialled as it is at that point on the LCR providers network and you have there dial tone not BT`s , so the pauses are before the crucial bit but thanks for the suggestion.
