Ok, so I have a Fax machine that logs in to a new queue (8802) on a Meridian 81c. If I call the queue directly, through the 800# pointing to it, or the DID of the phone itself, it just rings. If I pick up the phone I can talk to the other party, but it never rings on the fax machine itself...

Just tried that and it works as a standard phone (even with the DN on button 0, so it's not the button). I just can't seem to get it to be an ACD set.
