    Ok but how will this help with future issues? This has happened multiple times. Once i replaced the sd card and formatted it, i thought it was fixed. Then a couple weeks later it happened. Replaced the control unit, thought it was fixed, then a couple weeks later, same thing.

    Well i ended up going back to the customer that has 11.1 embedded vm with the genMB after 5 rings. They have 1 vm that says new but is just silence and you cant erase or archive it.     I should have said in the beginning it is at 11.1 build 237 and the ipo with the vm to email is at 10.1. Also the card has never been over 30% full
