    I have managed to fix this problem after trying all Microsoft solutions, including deleting and and re-establishing the mailbox. Your exchange administrator needs to go to the Exchange folder on the Exchange server which contains the domain folder and then into MBX (Exchange/YourDomain/MBX)...
