Software for Custom Ring Types?
What is the best program to use to convert WAV audio files into ulaw Raw PCM files to use as ring types on Call Manager 3.1? The parameters for the ring types are pretty restrictive and I haven't found a program that allows to make these files easily. Anyone have any suggestions? qaziqa- qaziqa
