When ejecting tape on W2K Advanced server, I get BSOD and error: C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CMD.EXE SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\CONTROL\VIRTUALDEVICEDRIVERS.VDD
Virtual Device Driver format in the registry is invalid.
Looking in the event log, I see:

I'm not sure because I don't have a W2k or Win98 machine to test it on. But the fix should be similar and you should be able to put it in the logon script or push it to workstations using a utility such as Dameware.

Not sure what OS you're using, but this works with NT. This will replace "My Computer" with the username and computer name.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}.
Select the <No Name> value and Delete.

Anyone have an idea on how to change the cd key on 2000 Pro without reinstalling? I have a customer that is illegal and recently purchased a licensed copy. We would rather not have to start from scratch if we don't have to.

I don't know what OS you're using, but I had a user with same problem using Word 97 on a NT 4.0 machine. I deleted users profile. When user logged back on, graphics printed no problem.

I am quite confused. I have an all NT 4.0 domain. Every now and then spooler will jam and problem can be traced to job that is owned by "Anonymous Login". User that actually printed job is not able to delete, must be administrator. I cannot determine a pattern as this affects different...
