Thanks Ken for your help. The greeting is in a subscriber mailbox and the caller got there through coverage. Even in the old Audix systems you could dial *Tnnnn and get to another extension. Ok, we just upgraded from Octel to MM and also upgraded the Communications Manager to the latest/greatest. Problem: The recording in a mailbox says: ".... if you need immediate assistance please call 1356." In the Octel system the caller just dialed the 1356 and they were transfered to...- pureazurenew
