I am having the exact same problem. Quark 5 and I can't for the life of me figure it out and never seen this problem in all my years of using the thing. any help GREATLY appreciated. Is there a virus perhaps which affects this kinda thing? None of my virus scans find anything though. PA ;-(- pureazure
