I have a pretty simple question I think, I am using CE XI, I have a report scheduled to run. If I make a change to that report in CR XI, and I refresh it in CE XI will that work or do I have to completely reschedule the report to capture the changes???

Sorry so unclear, what happens is around the 10th of each month I run a report that needs to be Earliest out there thru end of prior month and then around the 26th of each month I run a report that needs to be earliest out there thru mid/15th of prior month. Will your formulas work for this...

I have some reports that will need to be run on the 13th of every month for 2 months ago, example, March 13th will run for January data, April 13th for February data etc.... Can anyone help me figure out a formula for this??? I can get it to run LASTFULLMONTH but thats about it.

Thats my problem, when I click the schedule tab I see NOTHING about Notification, that's why I am SOOOOO confused.

When I click on a report I see the following: Properties|History|Alert Notification|Database|Parameters|Filters|Schedule|Destination|Format|Print Setup|Limits|Rights|Process I am not able to click on the Alert Notification above. If I click on Schedule above I see nothing about notification...

The notification tab is greyed out in all of my reports and will not let me access, is there somewhere to "turn this option on"??
