Sorry about the late reply. It was the CDIV that was the issue, thank you Mundus :) 1 Do not allow rerouting at call to extension when busy, congestion or at no answer.- Pulven

Individual Diversions.
Hi, I have a problem. All our exensions are set to tranfer to our reception if unanswered or busy, but now I need to have some of the exensions not to go to the reception.. I have tried to remove individual diversion, but they keep getting transfered. Anyone know what to do? Using BC12...- Pulven
