I would have run the test from work just to see the values, but alas clicking on the Start button for Tweak Tester II shows that the site is currently not available. (The test server was unreachable or offline The error: ny-monitor.dslreports.com)- puckrat

WinXP - *VERY* Slow Browser Response
(neophyte C#/.NET programmer) Hiya, I have an issue regarding slow browser responses on WinXP Pro machines. Browsers include MSIE 6.1 and Netscape 7.1.
