I have a report that shows a name and a phone number. What i need to know is if there is a phone number I would like it to display a "Y" and if the field is blank and there is no phone number i would like it to display a "N". How would i go about doing this? Any help is appreciated. Thanks...

Thanks Skip, however I need to keep the formulas, the 2 spreadsheets are identical. I have found a work around by doing a find and replace and just replacing the name of the other spreadsheet to a blank.....was now just wondering if there is another way to do it. Thanks! Paul
