Was wondering if anyone was experiencing the problem I am having when using this code. If i go to preview a report I cannot print it, cannot right click and get the shortcut menus to come up from anywhere.....has anyone else had this problem....any suggestions on how to fix it? I tried creating...
I use the following code to hide the access window, however when running a report the report runs just fine but there is absolutely no way to print it....is there a way to add the print menu bar to the report? any help or suggestions welcome!!

I have a report that shows a name and a phone number. What i need to know is if there is a phone number I would like it to display a "Y" and if the field is blank and there is no phone number i would like it to display a "N". How would i go about doing this?

Thanks Skip, however I need to keep the formulas, the 2 spreadsheets are identical. I have found a work around by doing a find and replace and just replacing the name of the other spreadsheet to a blank.....was now just wondering if there is another way to do it.
