    Thanks Chamvari I dont have PC admin so need to do everything on the reception handset. Dont have a great knowledge of this so it would be good if someone could give me a workflow on how to do this. Much Thanks Paul

    LDK 100 No Sync

    Thanks for your help but I had to call out an engineer to have a look at this. The problem was with the CPU, fortunatly I had 2 chassis so just moved all the cards to the second chassis and done a little programing and all worked.

    I have tried a reboot (switched the power off then on again) of the telephone switch and still got the same message. Do I need to do anything else to reset the PBX.
