    Our IPOCCR 8.1.8.16, switch 8.1(43) Data Analyzer keeps ending up disconnected every day. It restarts okay, but when I check it later it is back to being disconnected again. We just upgraded and that didn't help any. We're having troubles getting reports on the Call Agents, all metrics show...

    When we go to upgrade all the boxes are checked but it immediately fails out when you click on the upgrade button. Any ideas? It says the required license is 5(R8.0) and that's what we have.
