Reserves Don't Appear to Work Correctly for me

I have been watching our Queue tonight and have noticed something strange and wondered if anyone might have any ideas as to what could cause this... We have about 25 agents tonight, all with the same Skill 'Template'. They are all 'Repair' Agents with 'Sales' as an R2 skill. There are NO...

How does R1 and R2 really work???

Thanks... I do have Service Objective set for all agents and the service objective is set to 30 seconds. But what I am not certain of is who gets what call when... What we want to do is have agents take care of their respective calls first and THEN take the Reserve skill calls. So a...

How does R1 and R2 really work???

Good Day Everyone, I know how the Reserve Skills work, but what I don't know is how the aging effects those skills and the call distribution. Let me give you an example of how I have my agents set up... Our 'Repair' agents are set up for Repair as their primary skill (1) with Retention set up...

    Estimated Wait Time Display?

Does anyone know of a way to display the Estimated Wait Time? We would like to either display this on the phones, Wall Boards, or in a report. We have a G3r rel.11. I thought it would be a VuStats feature, but it doesn't appear to be there... Thanks, Perry

Outbound "Static" on Long Distance Calls

Thanks... I will play around a bit more before I request a disconnect and a replacement with a new circuit... That will get some attention and will also get me back to provisioning where the problem probably sits... Thanks again, Perry

Outbound "Static" on Long Distance Calls

These were previously MCI circuits and are now AT&T... However, I moved the DS1 card to another slot and made some progress from the original problem of no audio either direction. Now it's just static one way... I am finding it hard to believe that all 8 were fine with MCI and now 1 is...

Outbound "Static" on Long Distance Calls

I have 8 AT&T PRI's in a single trunk and signal group with a primary D and Backup D. My system is a G3r rel.11 7 of the 8 PRI's can make and receive LD calls with no problems. The 8th one (4th in the line) can only receive calls. When we try to dial out using one of those channels, I hear...

DS1 Install for Conference Bridge Application

GREAT!!!! Now we're talkin! Thanks so much for the help! One last thing... In my Dialplan, I had UDP set to none. If I enable this, do you foresee any issues with outbound LD dialing? I know you don't know my config, but is there potential? Thanks, Perry

DS1 Install for Conference Bridge Application

Unfortunately I don't have the "change uniform-dialplan analysis" command available to me... I do have "Change UDP" but that screen does not referrence any of the things you are talking about... Am I missing something? Thanks, Perry

Sometimes you feel like a ZIP... Sometimes you don't

The Agent-ID is set to Station. The station is set to ACD... That sounds right... I am assuming this means the Agent-ID will take the station settings. Am I correct? Thanks, Perry

    Remotely Recorded Announcements

Whoops... One thing I would suggest is you make sure the announcement is not playing or in use when you make these changes. I always take mine out of the mix before making changes and then when I am sure the announcement is good, I put it back to work... Thansk, Perry

    Remotely Recorded Announcements

If you set up Remote Access, you can dial in and dial the Feature Access Code, then the Announcement Number, then 1 to record, 2 to listen, and 3 to delete. Good Luck! Perry
