ahh i figured out what i was doing wrong i was just pressing play in the monitor instead of pressing enter i feel pretty dumb but thanks a lot to everyone who helped- pschott

i just got this yesterday and i have 2 video clips that i tried to put a transition on i put the first one that is 14 seconds long in video 1a and the second one in video 1b and its 9 seconds. i put a trnasition in the middle and i overlapped them anywhere from 1 second to 5 and i tried a lot...- pschott
